Taking in as an intern allows me to pour all the classroom knowledge into a real setting.

I have learned a lot about how to improve both my technical and interpersonal skills through the internship experience. When I first came into ELL, they have established an intranet system using Microsoft, but it seems they haven't really put it into use. Our Director told us his requirements that all the company's work shall be placed directly within the intranet so as to increase the work efficiency. Though all employees have been trained on how to use Microsoft 365, what they might really need was a delegated IT team to create the entire system. Within 2 months, my team and I have been able to create the SharePoint sites and flows effectively, though some might need further improvement. I am very lucky to have the guidance and evaluation from the Director and Manager who guided us all along with the different skills-set and knowledge we required throughout the process.

I really feel like I have found a new family at ELL as my colleagues are very warm & welcoming. I think ELL has a strong value that I will forever hold on to the principle "Teamwork as a family". I have also learned from the sharing of the Director about Hong Kong's Belt & Road and Commerce that enriches my professional knowledge. All the sharing & guidance he provided helped me choose the right career path for my next journey.
