During my internship at Mrs. Toolip Art Gallery in Barcelona, Spain, what impressed me most was this cross-cultural working environment and immersive cultural experience. To work in Spain, you need to adapt to the Spanish culture, and they have different understanding and handling of working hours and working communication. In such a cross-cultural environment, I continue to improve my cross-cultural work communication skills and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. At the same time, my time management ability has been greatly improved!
